Gurbanov Ali Gurban oghlu graduated from the Azerbaijan Oil and Chemical Institute in 1991, majoring in "Prosessing technology and complex mechanization of oil and gas field development". He started his career in 1991 at the "May 28" Oil and Gas Extraction Department as a 4th grade oil and gas extraction operator, and by 1998, he was promoted to the position of derrick chief in that department. He workd in BP starting from 1998, and he worked on various projects in Great Britain, United States of America and Azerbaijan until 2011. Since 2011, he worked as the deputy of the vice-president for oil and gas production in the head office of SOCAR for oil and gas production and transportation. Ali Gurbanov was appointed as the director of the branch of "Umid Babek Operating Company" in the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2017.

Rahim Javadov entered the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of Azerbaijan Technical University (ATU) in 1993, graduated in 1998 with a bachelor's degree, and in 2004 with a master's degree. He started his career in 2002 as an engineer-designer at "Azerbaijan John Brown" CJSC and worked in various projects in that company until 2006. In 2006-2013, he successively worked in Azerbaijan, Qatar, Dubai, Astrakhan, Central Asia offices of MCDERMOTT. He started working at the Umid Babek Operating Company after completing his tenure at the Abu Dhabi office of AMEC during 2013 to 2022. Rahim Javadov was appointed as the manager of the Operations Group at UBOC since November 15, 2022.

Zumrud Musaeva graduated from the faculty of international relations and international law of Baku State University with a bachelor's degree in international law in 2011, and followed by a master's degree with honors in commercial law from the same university in 2013. She received her second master's degree in Energy Law from Tulane University, which is considered one of the most advanced universities for maritime and energy law in the United States of America. She started his career as a teacher at the Faculty of Law in Baku State Univerity in 2013, and since 2015 she has taught classes in English at the Faculty of Maritime and Energy Law. She conducted many researches on oil and gas law and her articles were published in various journals during her tenure as a teacher. At the same time, she worked at various production enterprises in the oil and non-oil sector, including UBOC, and she has been working as a manager of the Corporate group at UBOC since November 15, 2022.

Bayramov Intigam Shamistan oghlu entered the Azerbaijan Oil and Chemical Institute named after M. Azizbeyov in 1985, and completed a full course in the specialty of geophysical methods of prospecting and exploration of mineral deposits and obtained the qualification of a mining engineer in 1990. He started his career as an engineer geophysicist at the "Khazardenizgeofizika" trust in 1990 and worked as an engineer-geologist in various structures of SOCAR until 2006. In 2006-2009, he worked as a field geologist, deputy chief engineer for drilling at the "Azeridrilling" drilling company, and in 2009-2022 as a manager of geological works at "SOCAR-UMID" LLC and UBOC operating company. He was awarded the badge of "Honorary oilman" by the management of SOCAR thanks to his special service in discovery of the “Umid” field. Intigam Bayramov was as the manager of the Technical Group at UBOC on November 15, 2022.
